Unfortunately NASA and the US military and everyone else are confounded by the world as it appears to human beings. That's because unfortunately its structured by human understanding of it. (Not operating at a very high level these days, as seen through the gradual breakdown of political and economic systems.) That would be in opposition to the world of things-in-themselves.

Until NASA and everybody else understands the physics by which the universe becomes manifest and the ability for it to create illusion, then we will remain in the dark chasing ghosts. Clearly there are others here sharing it with us who have a much more sophisticated understanding of its fabric. I am sure they look on us with interest, but not as beings they want to meet or see as equals. We are outmatched, and I think until we evolve, from what I've read of them, they will continue to remain mostly hidden.

I myself wish they would reveal themselves. It is long past due for us to put aside our ignorance of science, our mythology which has replaced history, and most importantly our primitive religious beliefs.
