How about Biden offering to replace coal jobs with those in alternative energy ,and offering Manchin the dollars to set up solar and wind factories there? The State of WV has been offering $10,000 to people who work from home of they relocate.

Surely that incentive combined with a slew of new local jobs, job retraining programs and high school diplomas in solar and wind engineering would do the trick.

And it's a positive approach that people understand. These democratic politicians just don't have any entreprenerial spirit whatsoever. Politics is about pork and deals (and I wish it wasn't). I'm afraid it didn't attract the brightest and best - we all know that!
