I am a straight hereonormative woman. It’s always interesting to consider penetration and how the male organ can give pleasure and pain. I have often thought someone designed us human animals all wrong, particularly men because of the violence they very often perpetrate against both women and children with their organs.

My third book which I’m still editing has characters that exhibit as both male and female. They have wives and husbands and they bear children. It has allowed me to consider a different form of creation on a different kind of planet. My characters know what it is like to be both a man and a woman, and to bear children. I also of course have characters who are homosexual and heterosexual and in polyamorous relationships and come from Earth.

I think that women have a particular role in this world, the Earth bound human one, as the bearers of children ocasioned solely by the act of male penetration and release of male sperm. This tends to focus us on on the risks of allowing the male organ inside our bodies which could perhaps equal pregnancy.

I believe that as a consenting adult you can do whatever it is you want sexually and it’s absolutely fine. Unfortunately because of our biology women always have their antennas up when we are being penetrated about the possibility of us geting pregnant, therefore our ideas on sexuality are subtly intertwined with this, whether we like if or not!

Anyway please cut your friend’s wife some slack, perhaps you can point out to her that you don’t have children, don’t intend to have children, can’t get pregnant by penetration and therefore have a great deal more freedom than she experiences as a woman, once you’re involved with your partner in the act!
