I am responding to your comment that you won’t vote for Biden. Guess what I love Elizabeth Warren — she has my absolute heart, but I WILL vote for Biden in the general election if the majority of Democrats in this country support him, and he is the Democratic candidate.

My political ideas like yours come from a Marxist perspective and I believe many of your criticisms of Biden’s policies and positions are spot on. I believe your critiques offer a very useful perspective for an audience who is currently deciding what candidate they wish to support in the primaries.

However I hope I can persuade you, and others like you, that it is not in anyone from the left’s best interest not to vote.

This country cannot withstand another four years of Donald Trump no matter how disappointed and angry we may feel if the candidate of our choice does not win.

I can assure you and others like you that there will be many opportunities under Democratic leadership in both the Senate and Executive branch, to advance some very progressive policies.
