Let me chip in here as well. My credentials are that I am a socialist democrat and very much support everything that Bernie wants. The codicil however is that in a democracy and in the Democratic Party there are many who think differently to me and are middle of the road. What I do know is that half a cake is better than eating poison, and Trump is poisonous. It isn’t even that you get no cake, you get poison. We are experiencing an environmental crisis of major proportions, and it is that one vote alone which should move you to vote against him. Your generation and your children and grandchildren will suffer terribly as a result of not stopping the bleed right now.

I encourage you to do what you can to get Bernie elected-that’s Democracy at it’s finest. Go all out and fight as hard a you must, without I might add like Trump badmouthing other candidates, to persuade other Democrats to do the same.

In my eyes to finish your article with this paragraph undermined your credibility. Threats to others are not bargaining chips but blackmail and stereotypical of what the rest of us have come to expect from many of Bernie’s supporters.

The threat that we won’t show up at the polls is our bargaining chip. I might vote in November. I might not. If you’re worried about it, then I guess you better vote to nominate Bernie Sanders.
