The US is not a democracy never has been one. Old rich white men wrote a Constitution which favored themselves. In a democracy you cannot have a Senate which is supposedly evenly split, yet does not and never has represented the majority of Americans fairly. How did this happen and how has it been allowed to continue for so long in our modern world?

And add to that the cluster f of a politically appointed Supreme Court which has lost all legitimacy as an independent judicial body, and you've got a tinder box ready to ignite.

Hope it does and that we all just say no. How about all the Democrats walking out of Congress and saying that they're going to re-write the Constitution, so it actually represents the majority of us who live here?

And to also re-write the rules governing the Supreme Court so they're non-partisan again.

If they don't California, Oregon and Washington State will say it, and hopefully be joined by the North Eastern States and I can't wait. Absolutely no reason for us to have anything but a democracy here in the US. Enough of this nonsense.
