You forgot to add that many people in developing countries won't take the vaccine because of misinformation and superstition. I am involved in a project to help all the 120,000 inhabitants of a small island nation in the Caribbean get vaccinated. Two millionaire friends (white men from Canada) have raised the money needed to vaccinate everyoone ,and only 18% of the population will agree to be vaccinated.
